Demi Wines Paralegal
Demi Wines has been working at Schrom & Shaffer since December '06. She is a mother of two college graduates. Fitness via weight training is a daily ritual and plays a very important role in her life. Also beginning in November 2008, she will be a committeewoman in Marple Township, Pennsylvania. Demi graduated from Marple Newtown Senior High School in 1973. In 1984 she earned her paralegal certification from the Mainline Paralegal Institute, formerly located in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Demi offers a friendly face to all who enter the law firm. She always welcomes a good conversation. |

Donna Marie Racine Paralegal
Donna Marie Racine joined Schrom & Shaffer in May 2008 as a paralegal. She earned her paralegal certificate from Penn State in 1993 and has been working as a paralegal ever since. She holds memberships in the Chester County Paralegal Association, Pennsylvania Association of Notaries and Daughters of the American Revolution, a group that seeks to preserve our collective history. She is an excellent addition to our warm and friendly staff. |

Kelly Kahlert Bookkeeper
Kelly Kahlert is the bookkeeper at Schrom & Shaffer. He is not someone you see everyday, but he has a critical role to ensuring the firm's success. He also works full time as a bookkeeper at another firm. Kelly is married and has two wonderful children. He graduated from La Salle with a degree in accounting.

Paralegal
Steve Zane has been a paralegal with Schrom & Shaffer since 1994. Steve is a graduate of Penn State University and has a paralegal certificate. Steve is also an employee of Sachetta & Baldino, another Media law firm. Steve has been a loyal friend and a very hard worker. He provides a very significant contribution to the firm. |

Arlene Romano Paralegal
Arlene Romano is a married mother of two. Arlene has a private paralegal practice under the name, Services For Lawyers, which includes traditional paralegal work and special education advocacy. She has been available to the firm on an as-needed basis. Arlene received her paralegal certificate at the Mainline Paralegal Institute in 1980. She received her Criminal Justice certificate in 1992 and a B.A. In Sociology in 1996. In addition, she is a member of the Justinian Law Society of Delaware County. Currently, she is also a mediator for the non-profit Center for Resolutions based in Media. In her free time Arlene volunteers for several animal rescue agencies locally and regionally based and works as a conflict coach for adjudicated youths. |

Mary Ann Walls Legal Assistant
Mary Ann Walls has been working at Schrom & Shaffer since May 2000. She is a loving aunt of her seven nieces and nephews. She received her Associates in Liberal Arts at Delaware County Community College. She always provides a warm welcome to everyone who comes into the firm. |
